[Seaside] Deploying Pier

Hi Sergio,

Stephan and I are currently working on making Pier more easy to deploy. The configurations are both working, so it does not really matter. The pier image on the website just loads the configuration, so doing this yourself is more or less the same.

By the way: how do you move your site to the production server?We are working on making the code exporter more easy to use. We are considering building an admin site that allows us to update Pier / PierAddons and our own site, after copying them to the server.
