The basic idea is to improve the OmniBrowser framework and make tools
implemented on top of it.

When OmniBrowser is not the most suitable solution, the tool should be
built on top of ToolBuilder. In this case, a look at PlusTools is
worse it (http://www.squeaksource.com/PlusTools.html).
