	Yeah, it sounds like a problem of limited space. I hadn't tested under
extreme low-space conditions yet.

	Sure; I just used c:\windows\temp because it's usually there. :)  The
appropriate place to write things is rather subtle (especially on Mac
OS), but for now I just chose something brazenly simple-minded.
