Unfortunately, other than the (very raw) OCR version, the rest of the
scans are trashed for this paper. However you might be interested in
Interactive Graph Drawing at:

With the paper "Interactive Graph Drawing on the World Wide Web" by
Úlfar Erlingsson and Mukkai Krishnamoorthy and full Java source for the
system.
