And the Components saga continues...

If you're working with flop-out scrollbars, some initial pin locations of
the given components (Print, Text, List, Function) are a bit hard to reach.
I took the liberty of arranging them so that none were on the left side
anymore, so it's easier to drag them around.

Simple changeset attached. For the "magic" behind Pin locations, see
PinMorph>>placeFromSpec. Basically, the whole part of the number determines
the side (1=left, 2=bottom, 3=right, 4=top). The fraction part is not hard
to guess.
