For 2.9alpha only.

I added a windows preference to optionally take advantage of the margin 
inset of the SystemWindow #fullScreen that Stefan added in 
2419FullScreenSysWin-sma .

	- Add #fullScreenLeavesDeskMargins preference

	- Chg SystemWindow fullScreen
	- - - -
	((Preferences useGlobalFlaps
			and: [CurrentProjectRefactoring currentFlapsSuppressed not])
		or: [Preferences fullScreenLeavesDeskMargins])
	- - - -
	- Postscript Preferences absorbAdditions .

For 2.9alpha only, it need the CurrentProjectRefactoring .
