Attached please find a gz change set "sbw-FileListFixedPanes.cs.gz".  
This is a revision to an earlier change set I published about a week 
ago.  The changes here account for those published in update #4266 by ra.

With this change set the button bar pane and pattern pane now have fixed 
heights in FileList. Tested with both traditional and "new look" windows.
