various prices for Mark's book

Amazon has a history of bad practices. Some months ago
a user discovered that amazon was doing dynamic
pricing, i.e. charging different prices to different
users based on scores provided by statistical models.
And I don't like Jeff Bezos at all. So I use amazon
only for browsing, and at the time of buying something
I go somewhere else (barnesandnoble.com, cdnow.com, or
a local store).
