Open a File List (click on an open part of the Squeak "desktop", choose 
"open", then "file list").
Navigate to the directory in which the .cs or .pr file lives.
Select the file.
Get a context menu by clicking the "yellow" button (your middle or right 
mouse button, or (I think) cmd-click on the Mac)
For a .cs  (change set) file, either select "fileIn" or "file in to new 
change set" (file in adds the .cs to the current change set).
For a .pr (project) file, select "load as project".
