Scamper could very well display a remote project link if you browse to
an embedded project. Look in HtmlEmbedded -- it should be pretty easy
to add.
Now, it would be better to go by the content-type than by the file
extension, but that's a relatively minor detail since all squeak
projects end with the same extension right now.
