Ok, it has been done. I found a page suitable for tweaking a bit into
what I meant.

Go there and grab a few classes. There should be NO uncommented classes
whatsoever in those categories - it doesn't matter how trivial the class
is. I constrained the categories to the most essential on purpose and
still we ended up with 94 of them I think.
