This is based in StandardFileMenu, but for select a directory or choose a
new directory name

It also include a small change to Ned's Zip Viewer, now you'll get a
StandardDirectoryMenu instead of a FileList2. By doing this, now you can
choose an existing folder or create a new one when extracting all members of
a zip file.
