Hi all!

Added "Package type" to SM (non mandatory so far). Check out:

This gives us today:

- Dynamic load scripts. Since we don't have package releases yet you
can't really do static load scripts yet (that do not change over time).
- Ability to publish and categorize refactorings, package removals and
larger fixes. This is in some way a "patch" until we have a better
public harvesting system. Use it for LARGER things.
