Documentation, more, more

I agree. There is lots and lots of documentation. But it needs 
to be maintained and kept alive, and improved. I don't think there 
is a lack of documentation, but it can be hard to find and hard to
know what to look for. The mailing list archives is also full of 
good info and could be used as a FAQ.
