Hi Brent!
The current implementation of the Classbox requires a modified VM because the method lookup is specialized. Also some issue (related to the method cache) need to be resolved before any public release.
But I would like to know more about such a need. What is the mechanism you need?
Fixes and enhancements are usually provided as changeset. Do you have a "uninstallable changeset" mechiansm in mind?
Classbox prevents global impact related to method redefinitions. However side effect will remain global (e.g., something like 'Smalltalk at: #Foo put: #me')
Cheers,
Alexandre
