Different implementation of the plot-morph-like-goodie.

+ it has better scales
+ it implements two different policies what actions should be taken when currently added point is outside of the "visible" area. See:
- does not look as cool (sweet and therefore consistent with rest of Squeak) as original PlotMorph does
+- it is not capabable to render two or more graphs into the same plot.
