Is there a task forces identifying packages in Squeak?

Note that the old pages (TFNR-related) do have some names in them. You
can use that to catch more people I think. And we probably need to be
more vocal here on squeak-dev to make sure people notice. :)

Btw, this "problem" is why I keep repeating that we should just get PIs
created and don't get hung up on refactoring - otherwise we will easily
stall.
