About 4% of the requests for SqueakSource go to the domains
kilana.unibe.ch and kilana.wiresong.ca that are actually proxies. They
are deprecated please don't use them anymore and use
www.squeaksource.com instead. Since quite some time this points to the
main SqueakSource server and isn't a proxy anymore. So this is you
fastest way to SqueakSource.
