Squeak-dev image is an image made for squeak developers based on
Squeak3.9-final-7067.

Changes in this version:
------------------------

  - Use 3.9 version of OmniBrowser. It's older but does not crash on 
right click.
  - Use squeaksource instead of squeakmap for RefactoringEngine and SmaccDec
  - Add an autogenerated text about ImageForDevelopers versions
  - Prepare DiagramBrowser

As usually, all installed packages have been updated.

(prepared packages are packages not loaded in the image, but a simple
click load them)
