Ran the update locally, got the same error.

This is actually a bug in the updater. It should never have checked
the SmallLand-ColorTheme package because that isn't even loaded.

It was unloaded but not deregistered, so its workingCopy's repositoryGroup
is empty, so it can't find the version.

I'll try to fix the updater ...
