[Squeak-fr] Chapitre français de l'ESUG ?

Bonjour,
je me demandais dans quelle mesure le groupe informel que nous  
constituons (French Smalltalk User Group) pourrais être rattaché à  
l'ESUG pour former un chapitre français de l'ESUG. Cela nous  
éviterais de nous constituer en association tout en bénéficiant de  
l'aide financière de l'ESUG pour certaines actions spécifiques.
