[SqueakDBX] Running the tests on Squeak 3.8.2 and MySQL 4

Hi together,

we switched to IRC and one main reason for the problems seems to be
that MySQL4 only supports BOOL while openDBX uses BOOLEAN.

I'll look for a solution.
