[Squeakfoundation] re: Allow MIT-licensed code to be part of "SqueakOfficial"?

Hi Doug--

	My sense is that there is community consensus about the MIT license.
Namely, that it's a fine option for base-release material. I don't think
it needs a vote, but I'd be happy to participate in one (I'd vote in
favor of making the MIT license an option).
