[Webteam] Webteam mailing list (was: Link from squeak.org to squeakboard.wordpress.com)

My position is that this ML should be maintained because it is a bit
separate from the squeak-dev list as it pertains only to the
presentation of squeak on the web. Also, when a visitor has a
suggestion or issue to the website, it finds it's where here.
