Bug report from Alexander Lazarevic: Open a RowMorph (eg. Objects Browser>Presentation>Row) and chose from the halo menu 'layout>table layout>cell spacing>globalRect'. This yields the DNU. After that try to select the menu item 'layout>table layout>cell inset...' and have fun with the emergency evaluator.
I added a small check to make sure the flaggs were not nil
