a VisualWorks project together at BellSouth.

Hi Squeakers,
I ported the "SmallInterfaces" extension to Squeak.
"SmallInterfaces" introduces the notion of "interface" in Smalltalk.
It is originally developed by Benny Sadeh in VisualWorks3.0 NC.
Main features:

create and use interfaces in Smalltalk.
generating stub implementation classes from interfaces.
generating interfaces from classes.
some GUI support for interface browsing.
