From your point of view, which packages in which versions and load
order do we need to load it?
It does not need to be tested, just a suggestion of load instructions to try out.....

But now I so some changes to Network-Mail Reader-edc.27. For proper work Before you do CelesteAddressBook open, must do MailDB saveEmptyDb.
