Q1 - What is procmail ? A - Some unix program to process e-mail based on some regex-like rules
Q2 - An OS that doesn't have procmail ? A - Anything that isn't Unix/Linux ? - Mac OS 9 or earlier - Windows Anything (3.1/95/ME/NT/2000/XP/etc - other more obscure OS's
Q3 - What is procmail ? A - A rhetorical question since it's not written in Smalltalk ?
