"npsqueak" is for running Squeak inside a web browser as a plugin ("np" is short for "netscape plugin"). It is not used at all when running Squeak as a stand-alone application.
I gathered that after looking around some of the files.
However, I'd like to see if I can get CMake to ignore it by setting its policy to an older version as it apparently ignored that missing file.
