A copy of the Squeak 6.0 level image in V3 image format has been added to the collection of images at http://files.squeak.org/various_images/SqueakV3Images/. The zip file to download is http://files.squeak.org/various_images/SqueakV3Images/Squeak6.0-V3-22104.zip
This image is equivalent to the 6.0 release image, but is built by following the update stream at http://www.squeaksource.com/TrunkUpdateStreamV3.html
The image can be run on a classic interpreter VM, or on 32-bit Cog, or on SqueakJS. To build an interpreter VM for Linux, see http://www.squeaksource.com/TrunkUpdateStreamV3.html
Some earlier discussion of this topic is in the thread beginning at http://lists.squeakfoundation.org/pipermail/squeak-dev/2020-July/210817.html
To keep the V3 image up to date with trunk, just use the normal 'Update Squeak' menu selection. The update stream is pointed to the Update.V3 maps at https://www.squeaksource.com/TrunkUpdateStreamV3.

Sorry for the cut and paste error below, it should say:
To build an interpreter VM for Linux, see http://wiki.squeak.org/squeak/6354
