The updates are now just on http://ftp.squeak.org/updates, accessible  
for
everyone with access to the ftp files.

For 3.9, we just made a changeset that switched the update server...
of course this could not be distributed via the update server itself,  
which
may be unfortunate, but it was the only way to do it easily.
