[Cryptography Team] your thoughts

I forgot to mention what I had planned to say. I will be splitting off of all packages a test package, so CryptographyRandomTests, for instance. So there is a full set of parallel Tests packages and I will link the dependencies the same, so if you do:

Installer ss
    project: 'Cryptography'
    install: 'CryptographyX509';
    install: 'CryptographyX509Tests'.

Then all Cryptography*** code packages will be loaded and all Cryptography***Tests test packages will be loaded.

Sound fair?
