Alright, so promote ProCrypto as the release version but keep all the package names the same. One move that will occur, once we have Levente work in CryptographyHashing, I was going to name that v1.2.1.

Ok, a Monticello conf map, how do I do it? I can't seem to get it right. And I know very little about them. Looking for instructions...
