Looks like it sorts by filename.  We can get around the sort problem  
by changing the filenames to:

change.001-sw.cs.gz

or something similar.  I imagine this isn't the squeak way, though.

New version of JIRA is coming after Squeakfest ... might allow sort  
options for attachments.
