[etoys-dev] Hyper links problem

Hello,
She speak about:

- load a Text instance
- write: http://www.google.es
- select the hole text
- alt-6
- select "be a web URL link"
- clic on the link
- then appear a message, something like: "open a web explorer to see
this place?"
- clic "yes" and Scamper open the URL; certainly too poorly, but did it.

Now, without Scamper,  appear "There are no applications registered
WebBrowser"

That's all. 
BTW, what is the main problem with Scamper, the licence or the ancient
code?
