[etoys-dev] Updated DrGeo4Etoys

I have uploaded a version of DrGeo fully working with Etoys4
(including scripting and locale).
This is a change set and locale folder with fr, and es locale to be
merges with the one from Etoys.
This snapshot version is also relicensed MIT to be compatible with Etoys4
