I only removed the paths to the compiled MO files. We have to remove those because the locale check relies on the existence of the directory. These are not used by Pootle.

Pootle uses the PO directory, which I did not touch at all.

That's why I wrote "do not ship". We ship only what is in the "Etoys" and "VM" directories, nothing else:
