place to discuss it.

I believe that the Text objects (in Supplies bin) should default to
"translatable" and we should not have to check this box each time.

>From a usability point of view, this makes sense to me. Otherwise it
becomes more of a chore than it ought to be to translate (say) a
Spanish project to English.

Would Steve's suggestion cause problems for the translation team or
the translation infrastructure?
