[Seaside-dev] HTTP 1.1 and keep-alive

We've found that it "just works" - Seaside itself doesn't seem to have 
blocked the use of HTTP 1.1. When it comes to streaming answers back to 
the client, the Opentalk HTTP library now does streamed chunked format, 
so you can incrementally decide what to send back to the client. This is 
done with stream wrapping/stacking.
