hi morten

please have a look at the drafts of my forthcoming books (I found a new
publisher ;)
	http://scgwiki.iam.unibe.ch:8080/StephaneDucasseWiki/4
	http://kilana.unibe.ch:9090/BotInc
A friend of mine is using that to teach first year computer science
students for 3 months.

If you are interested I can send a more recent version. I have also a
lot of material to teach OOP
to computer science guys but this can apply to your students too.

My lectures are available at:
http://kilana.unibe.ch:9090/sdwiki/object-orientedprogramming/

Do not hesitate to ask for files and advices. For example in our new
Smalltalk lectures we used seaside
to avoid to have to teach complex UI frameworks.

Then you could also get a free teacher for a week via www.esug.org.

You also have the free Smalltalk books:
So you can find a lot of free books: Smalltalk by Example, an
introduction to ...

Let us know how we can help you :)

Stef

PS: In my book, have a look at the chapter where I saw how to simulate
animals in four lines :)
