This is for use when harvesting changes. There is a change in Mantis
that we want to accept. ("We" means the release team, i.e. really
just us.) Suppose this is a change set, not a MC version, because
most changes in Mantis are change sets. For example, take the one I
have that "makes the tests green". (I was going to include the URL
but Mantis is not responding.) If you file it in, you will discover
that it changes many different MC packages. You must discover which
packages it is in and then you must use MC to save those packages.

I am suggesting that someone solve the first part, i.e. discovering
which MC packages contain the changes in the change set. I plan to do
the second part, because I have been hacking MC.

I tried to look at it a couple of times and can't figure out what to
do. Maybe my browser configuration is wrong. Maybe I am expecting
the wrong thing. What is it supposed to do?
