[Webteam] Suggestion for Squeak Website

Today I tried downloading Squeak. I followed the directions of
downloading three types of downloads to my XP computer and nothing
happens other than a pop up window asks for me to enter the file for
images. 

 

I am assuming Squeak is a free download. Any help with this supposedly
easy to use software would be appreciated. I like the concept and would
like my child to have access to it.
