When I create a PluggableButton with an #enabled: selector, then it is only disabled after issuing a #changed: notification for that selector. IMHO it should be disabled when displaying the interface.

Works. Thanks. If I was into picking nits I'd point out that the enabled buttons in MC's interface come up green when under Morphic, and only turn blue after a disable/enable cycle. Not sure if that's MC's fault or TB's.
