- Samsung S3C2410 processor (266 MHz) and - 64 MB RAM

If you want performance on a PDA, I have seen adverts claiming 624MHz XScale and 128MB ram in some versions of iPaqs. That really ought to provide quite good performance; my main desktop machine is a 600MHz XScale and even Morphic is reasonable.
