According to its comment, it should return a String. It's returning a MethodNode instead. Should it?

The code always speaks louder than the comment. Even though the method isn't used it does what it does. I would fix the comment. Its easy to send printString to the result. Not so easy to compile the print string and turn it back into a method node.

It seems it was changed in 3.9 and that #decompileString was added in case a String you need. As Eliot said, it's a good change, let's just change the comment.
