during the make every mkDir leads to an directory e.g. .objZipPlugin instead of obj\ZipPlugin.

yes, its because your shell (or make) can't understand that backslashes is a path separator. You can use 'make -f Makefile.mingw32' or fix the original makefile , or as i suggested before use mkdir which works..
