Lets see. First disconnect computer from network, then start squeak, then do help->update code from server which then attempts to resolve the squeak public server name, which of course is going to fail, however now we get an unexpected failure of a different sort since when we execute:
(NameLookupFailure hostName: hostName) signal: 'Could not resolve the server named: ', hostName
with the response choice of Give Up or Retry. and I Pick Retry.
handlerContext is nil, so we get a "does not understand..." Anyone care to fix this?

I tried to reproduce this bug but it seems fixed.
