Hi!
I've set up an account at cafepress.com
http://www.cafeshops.com/squeakev
Cafepress is a nice service that allows to set up a small shop for typical mechandising stuff (Mugs, T-shirts, Mouse-pads, stickers...). (see http://www.cafepress.com/cp/info/products/index.aspx)
The nice thing is that it a) costs nothing to set up and b) they do all the work. The prices in the squeak-ev shop are a little higher than base price (.50 - $2), all profits go to Squeak Germany e.V.
There are only 4 products set up because this needs to be testet first. Anyone in the US care to do alpha-testing? They have a 30-day-money-back garantee.

I'd love a Squeak tshirt! I've been planning on making a Cafepress store for ages, just never got around to it. I'd like a shirt with a bigger squeak logo- centered on the chest perhaps? How about one with a witty comment on the back, perhaps a quote from Alan?
We used Cafepress for our ACM chapter's tshirts and mugs (http://www.cafeshops.com/acmduluth) and they rule- highly reccomended.

I'd buy one. I suggest the classic "...did not have C++ in mind" quote.

I've added a t-shirt with the logo centered, but no quote yet (somehow the gimp fonts look awful...).
Some years ago there was a Squeak T-shirt with the "predicting the future" quote. Maybe that artwork is available somewhere?
But I added some stuff featuring Tim's great SantaMouse, have a look at http://cafeshops.com/squeakev
Marcus,
At work here I have Photoshop 6, and the text looks quite uncrappy relative to the GIMP. Let me know what you want it to say, the font (or a general idea of the kind of font), a size (x@y in pixels or inches/cm and I can generate some images and send them your way.
What kind of quote would appeal to Squeakers for a tshirt?
The Kay invent the future quote? something slandering C++ or Java? While I'm usually up to C++ or Java bashing, I vote for a quote with a positive note.

Hi Aaron,
thanks! That would be great. The cafepress webshop tells me:
Image Size: 8 x 10 or 10 x 8 centered Minimum Resolution: 100 dpi
I think it can be very simple, a standard font, may like this one: http://www.csufresno.edu/digitalcampus/images/quotes_kay.gif

Yes, the inventing the future quote.
