The squeak log you are getting implies that you aren't even getting to start the image. Can you try starting up with the debugger? (You'll probably find it useful to get rid of the -fno-frame-buffer option in the compile flags)

I'm working from the standard Squeak 2.7 distro plus the sqItsyWindow.c file you sent me- there's no -fno-frame-buffer option, as far as I can tell (I did a "grep -r frame-buffer *" and it came up with nothing either).
