the squeakvm.org http://squeakvm.org/win32/release/SqueakVM-Win32-3.11.2-src.zip is very old and not many people are using it. You will probably have much more success using the opensmalltalk/vm https://github.com/OpenSmalltalk/opensmalltalk-vm VM. I hope this helps.
